Last week, i was with a few friends in Tesco. We were walking around, checking for deals (as students do!) and i came across this deal in particular which i have never seen before and was baffled by the offer!
Mercedes Benz - Escape The Map
Earlier in the month, Mercedes Benz launched a new ad campaign called 'Escape The Map' This caught my attention as it links to a game on the internet where, using google street view, the consumer has to escape from the broken future world. I thought that this was an interesting way of communication as it pushes the consumer to find out more, and actually works. I tried the game with a friend and we are now in with a chance of winning a car!

drawastickman.com
A friend posted this to me via FaceBook. It's an incredible website that allows you to follow a story via drawing it yourself.
I feel that this is a very quirky website and give a bit of light hearted fun for around 10 minutes.
You can find the link Here for 10 minutes of time wasting!

The Guardian on Facebook
This has become a new Trend in the past few weeks. The Guardian, a leading newspaper has released an app of Facebook that allows users of Facebook to read articles from The Guardian without leaving the Facebook website. This app has around 2,000,000 users a month. The Guardian on Facebook has been used a great deal since it started, by myself and an increasing number of friends. One of the innovative parts of this app is that, i can see every one of the articles that my friends have read straight from my news feed.

Sainsbury's (Innocent smoothies)
Earlier on, in Sainsbury's I came across a selection of Innocent smoothies that all had separately knitted 'hats' on their lids. I was soon after told that this was done last year also. I thought that this was very interesting as it so unique to the Brand.
